The Jolly Adventure Map is a fun and interactive tool designed to track your child's progress in the Jolly Adventure program. It pairs daily activities with stickers and QR codes that unlock rewards, promoting positive behavior development through fun and family bonding.

Each day, your child completes an engaging activity and earns a sticker reward to place on the corresponding step of the Jolly Adventure Map. The map has 30 steps, and every 5 days, you can scan a QR code to celebrate 5-day milestones together, and unlock secret gifts.

Place the Jolly Adventure Map in a visible location, such as on the fridge or a wall in your child's play area. This keeps it in sight and encourages daily participation.

If your child skips an activity, continue the next day without skipping a step number. The map tracks progress, not dates, so it's important to maintain the sequence.

Give your child the sticker immediately after they complete or make their best effort to complete an activity. This immediate reinforcement helps build positive behavior.

QR codes on the Jolly Adventure Map are located at every 5th step. Scanning these codes unlocks milestone celebrations and reveals secret gifts for both your child and you.

Complete steps #1 to #15, to lock a notification of a secret gift for the following month. Complete steps #16 to #20, to add 500 points to your Jolly Good Rewards account. Complete steps #21 to #30, to further encourage your child’s positive behavior development.

It's recommended that each child has their own Jolly Adventure Map to track individual progress and rewards. This helps personalize the experience for each child.

If you miss a day, simply continue the next day without skipping a step number. The map is designed to be flexible and accommodate your family's schedule.

When your child completes steps #1 to #15, they will be notified of a secret gift for the following month. Use this as an opportunity to build anticipation and excitement for the upcoming reward.

Each time an activity is completed, your child earns a sticker. Stickers collected on the Jolly Adventure Map can be redeemed for discounts and prizes, providing a fun incentive for positive behavior.

Creating an account is not required but it is most helpful to track and manage your purchases! When you register with us, you can access the customer portal where you will find a record of your purchases, be able to pause or skip your subscriptions, add another product, change your delivery details, and manage your Jolly Good Rewards points. Please register here. If you already have an order with us but no account, please use the email you used to make your purchase (otherwise our system won’t be able to find your account!).

There are two ways to create an account:

1. Click the profile icon at top right of the Login page.
• Click Create Account :
• Fill in form manually;
• For future logins, just fill in form and click Sign In.
2. Alternatively, login to Gmail or Facebook to create an account:
• For future logins, use Gmail or Facebook;
• Note: Form login won't be available in this case.

If you encounter an error when trying to log in, first make sure that you already have an account with us. You can do this by trying to create an account using the email address you are trying to use to log in. If you already have an account with us, it should tell you, "This email address is already associated with an account." If this happens, you can just continue with resetting your password and you should be good to go! Always make sure that you are using the email with which you made your purchase when signing up or logging in so that our system will be able to find your account.

Please log out of your account (if you are already logged in) and click Forgot your password? at the bottom of the login page to receive an email with instructions on how to change your account password.

Unfortunately, merging accounts is currently not possible. We're still working on how we can enable this feature in the future. Dashboard introduction

After signing in, you’ll be redirected to your account page.

• Dashboard contains:
  • Contact Info;
  • Ship To address;
  • Jolly Good Rewards points;
  • Order History, displaying details of all orders.
• Click  Order ID number to be redirected to the individual order page, which has details of that specific order.
• Click profile icon on top right to return to Dashboard.
• On the left side, you can manage:
  • Account addresses;
  • Subscriptions;
  • Jolly Good Rewards.

From the online customer portal, follow these steps: Click the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS button. Click View Subscription on the subscription under which you want to change the address. How to manage shipping address 
Go to your account Dashboard:

• Click Manage Addresses on the left under Account.
• Your Addresses page opens.
• Click Edit to open the Update Address page:
  • Fill in new information;
  • Set as Default Address;
  • Click Update Address.
• Go back and click Delete to remove an address.

The Jolly Adventure Monthly Subscription is a program designed to offer a new thematic focus each month. It provides parents and children with a structured set of activities and rewards centered around specific topics aimed at fostering various skills and healthy habits for children.

The monthly themes are pre-determined to ensure a well-rounded developmental experience for children. Upon signing up for a subscription, subscribers will automatically receive the game box corresponding to the current month's theme. Learn more about monthly topics here: (link to above FAQ)

That's easy! Once you've created an account, log in and click on the Manage Subscriptions button. From there you can change your shipping address, adjust frequency, pause or skip an order, update payment details, and so much more! How to manage your subscription

Click Manage Subscriptions on the left under Subscriptions.

• Click View Subscription on the right for order details:

  • Contact information;

  • Next Billing;

  • Reschedule to change your billing date.

• You can paste a discount code in the Discount code box on the right.

• Click Apply, and on the next order you’ll see the discount code amount subtracted from your total.

How to manage your Jolly Good Rewards

Click on the Rewards widget at the bottom left to access your points or click Dashboard under Jolly Good Rewards for more options.

• In the Dashboard, find:

  • Your History; 

  • Your Rewards; 

  • Ways to Earn; 

  • Get Coupons here; and 

  • Refer a friend link.

• Use Get Coupons here to redeem points:

  • Choose a coupon;

  • Click Redeem;

  • Click Apply Code towards your next order.

• Copy the Refer a friend link.

  • Share the link with friends and family.

  • Receive a $10 off coupon whenever they make a purchase on our website.

Points can typically be earned by making purchases, referring friends, engaging with the brand on social media, writing reviews, and participating in other activities specified by the program.

You can join the Jolly Good Rewards program by creating an account on our website. After logging in, you’ll have access to the program via your Account Dashboard.

You can check your points balance by going to your Account Dashboard and clicking on Dashboard under the Jolly Good Rewards menu.

No. Points do not expire.

No. You cannot transfer your points to someone else.

 You cannot use multiple discount codes together, but you can use your points with a gift card.

How to refer a friend

Click Rewards widget on lower left:

• Copy the link; or

• Go to Dashboard under Jolly Good Rewards;

• Scroll down to copy the link;

• Share the link with friends and family;

• Automatically, receive a $10 off coupon when they use the link to make a purchase.

First, you need to redeem a coupon:

• Click Dashboard, under Jolly Good Rewards,  to view your points;

• Create a new coupon code under Get Coupons here;

• Choose a coupon (e.g., $5 off or 500 points);

• Click Redeem to generate your discount code;

• Copy the discount code to use towards your next order;

• Navigate to Subscriptions;

• Click Manage Subscriptions;

• Click View Subscription;

• Paste discount code in the blank Discount code field on the right;

• Click Apply to enjoy $5 off your upcoming order.
