Caroline Prieskorn, MS, RDN, LDN
Caroline Prieskorn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who has a passion for enabling her clients to improve their quality of life through food, nutrition, and lifestyle changes that align with their individual needs. By experiencing the positive impact that diet modifications have had in her own personal life, Caroline is devoted to understanding her client’s challenges and concerns, so that they will feel equipped and comfortable to take actions needed to improve their health.
Caroline earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Samford University; she is currently working on her Master’s degree in nutrition, which will be completed in May 2022. Most notably during her studies, Caroline conducted research on nutrigenomics (food’s impact on our DNA), built expertise around the gut-brain axis’s impact on our mood, and developed a tasty beet ice cream, which she presented at nationwide conferences.
Caroline has a passion for all things nutrition with particular interest in cancer, tube feedings, and general wellness. Because of her personal journey with food sensitivities (migraines and IBS), she is passionate about educating and empowering clients to make decisions that will benefit them the most.

More About Caroline:
Caroline is a native Texan living in Washington, DC. In elementary school, Caroline regularly suffered from painful migraines and stomach aches, which posed challenges for an active, young girl. She was diagnosed with multiple food sensitivities, but unfortunately, she was given little to no guidance. Due to these challenges, Caroline elected to pursue a career in dietetics in order to serve others by providing counsel in nutrition. Today, Caroline is devoted to helping others navigate complicated, nutrition-related diagnoses and to alleviate their stress while improving their quality of life.
In her spare time, Caroline can be found doing just about anything outdoors: hiking, biking, running, or reading a book in the sunshine. She also loves spending time with her family, especially her 5 nieces and nephews.
