Ph.D., BCBA-D, CPBA-AP
Dr. Shahla Ala'i-Rosales is a renowned Full Professor in the Department of Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas. She has more than four decades of experience working with families and has trained hundreds of behavior analysts. She has received awards for teaching (SGA ‘Fessor Graham Award), work with families (Onassis Scholar Award), and her sustained contributions (UNT Community Engagement Award, TXABA Career Contributions Award & the GSU Lutzker Distinguished Lecturer). She has served on the Behavior Analysis Certification Board and as an Associate Editor for Behavior Analysis in Practice.
Dr. Ellie Kazemi
Ph.D., BCBA-D
Ellie Kazemi is a globally respected behavioral scientist. She obtained her doctoral degree at UCLA and has worked with families and children for over 15 years. She is currently a psychology professor at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), where she conducts research and mentors graduate students who become practitioners. She has written books, chapters, and articles focused on quality services, effective training, and compassionate supervision.
