Abby Stultz, MS, RDN, LDN
Abby Stultz is a Registered Dietitian with a clinical background in the treatment of eating disorders with experience working with both adult and adolescent patients. Abby is able to provide evidenced-based care while holding a great deal of empathy and compassionate for her clients. Abby believes in a food-neutral and holistic approach to health to help her clients reject the idea that food choice, weight and body size are the sole indicators of health. Instead, she will provide guidance in exploring health behaviours that are realistic and meaningful to the individual that come from a place of self-compassion—not punishment.
She also seeks to provide clients the education and tools needed to identify nutrition myths and challenge distorted food beliefs in order to sustain recovery long term.
