Meagan Booth Lampley MS, RD, LD
Meagan Booth Lampley graduated from Millikin University where she received her Bachelors in Exercise Science and went on to graduate school at D’Youville College to achieve her Masters in Dietetics.
Meagan is passionate about working with clients who struggle with disordered eating and eating disorders and sees clients of all ages. She is determined to help others live a life that is free of dieting, food-rules and restrictions, and tune into their body’s internal cues to best enhance their health and well-being. Meagan is a strong advocate for body positivity and believes that health is not determined by the scale. In session, Meagan will use a compassionate approach to help you cultivate a healthy relationship with food and your body.

More About Meagan Lampley
Growing up with a loved one that suffered from an eating disorder, Meagan saw firsthand how food and nutrition impacted the human body in both a positive and negative way. Meagan became interested in the role food played on the body and her inspiration grew to help her loved one and others through seeking a career in dietetics. Meagan’s goal as a Registered Dietitian is to use the knowledge and skills she has gained from her education and life experiences to empower others to live healthier lives through sustainable habits that are free from the constant obsession of food.
Meagan currently resides in Clarksville, Tennessee. In her free time, you can find Meagan at the local coffee shop listening to podcasts or reading the works of anti-diet & HAES aligned nutrition experts. Meagan loves the outdoors, traveling, and exploring new restaurants with her husband.
